All About Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): How to Qualify, Support Provided,
and Parental Rights
Navigating the school system and understanding the supports that may be available to children in school, can be a complicated process. This course will help you to identify ways that an IEP can benefit your child to ensure that they are successful in school. The presenter will provide a comprehensive overview of Federal Laws put in place to protect the rights of children with disabilities and describe the parent’s rights in the process.

the Department
of Child & Family Studies in the College of Behavioral and Community
Sciences at the
University of South Florida. Our team has decades of experience in various
facets of Child Welfare- from Foster/Adoptive Parent to Management, Evaluation,
Investigation, Quality Assurance and Case Management. In addition, we offer
