Problem Sexual Behavior of Children
Exposure to violence, abuse and maltreatment can lead to a range of problem behaviors for children. Among those causing the greatest distress for caregivers, case workers and clinicians as well as disruption in the lives of children are problem sexual behaviors (PSB). This breakout session provides information on PSB, typical sexual behaviors and guidance from treatment evidence on what helps to reduce these behaviors.
