Teens and Technology: What to Do when Technology is in Control?
The presentation discusses several of today’s most popular technology platforms for youth and how to connect and protect them while accessing these platforms. The audience will learn the necessity of today’s technology, interventions and strategies to build safe boundaries while also maintaining connection with teens, safeguards for the most popular platforms and how to access them, and how to determine healthy and unhealthy relationships with technology.

The Just in Time Training Network is a program within
the Department
of Child & Family Studies in the College of Behavioral and Community
Sciences at the
University of South Florida. Our team has decades of experience in various
facets of Child Welfare- from Foster/Adoptive Parent to Management, Evaluation,
Investigation, Quality Assurance and Case Management. In addition, we offer
expert Curriculum Development, Web Administration and Management and additional
